"Prayer" (Chapter 33)

 EM:  What's  your take on prayer?  Does it work?  Does it help?  To whom do EOTS-ers pray?  How does one do it?  


Wayne:  You  are always and forever praying.  You could not stop praying even if you  wanted to.  Even if you said, and  meant, “I hate god!” your prayer would not stop.  You  have been in communion with God forever.  There is no  separation.

 What  passes for prayer in this world is illusion.  It is a petitioning for something.  It is asking.  It  is the thought that you must do something in order to commune with God.  This is all based upon false teaching  that millions believe and they pass this same false teaching onto their children  and it goes on.  You have a chance  to stop it and to realize “That” which is eternally  present.

God  Is.
 
One  need not ask for prayers on anyone's behalf.  God is not an entity that grants favors  or withholds favors.  God is not an  ego that needs to be pandered to.
 
EM  is in the Heart of God.  God is in  the Heart of EM and will be forever, just as is your family.  Do  not be deceived by the presence or absence of form.  All  is well.
 
One  is in constant communion with the One.  There is never a break from the constant  communion of Heart to Heart (which is One).  Prayer, as accepted by most, is a
pleading to change that, which IS.  True prayer, if needed, would only ask  for clarity in accepting that, which IS.
 
Years  ago, when I believed in the need for what I call, “separation prayer,” I would  say this:“Father, look into my heart and grant to me that which I  need.”
 
It  was only some time later that a Beloved showed me that I already and eternally  had that which I asked for.  The  One is You.  And who better knows
what you need to Realize yourSelf?
